Fish Biscuits

You'll need: 7-ounces sardines in oil; 1/4 cup powdered milk; 1/2 cup wheat germ. Mash the sardines, along with the oil, and mix in the remaining ingredients. Roll the fish dough into small balls, and place them on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Flatten the fish balls with a fork, and bake them at 350 degrees until they begin to brown.
