Cat Cuisine

- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil - 2 teaspon bell pepper, chopped - 2/3 cup ground chicken or turkey - 1 baby carrot, cooked and mashed - 1 teaspoon grated cheese 1. Preheat a small skillet over medium heat. Add the vegetable oil. The pan should be hot enough when a drop of water dripped onto it begins to sizzle immediately. 2. When the pan is hot, and saute it until it is tender and slightly browned. Stir in the ground chicken or turkey once the pepper is done cooking. 3. Cook the meat until it is browned and cooked through. Once it is done cooking, stir in the cheese. Cookies the cheese just long enough so that it melts, then remove it from the heat and transfer it to a bowl or other container. 4. Allow the mixture to cool completely and serve a small ping-pong ball sized portion to your cat along with their regular dry food. Or, cover the bowl tightly in plastics wrap and place the mixture into the refrigerator until ready to use. Makes about 3/4 cup, or about 3-4 servings.
